Casey Tyskowski, LPC
I was fortunate enough to spend 10 years serving in the United States Navy, but always felt like I was not following my passion. I knew from a young age I wanted to help people, but it was not until I was an adult, I realized how I could do that. Now I get to spend every day doing something I love.

Over the past 9 years I have had the honor of assisting adults who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, anger, dysfunctional relationships, mediation, poor coping skills, difficult life transitions, low self-esteem, addiction and more. I am a graduate of Old Dominion University with a Masters of Education in Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri.
I have worked with numerous populations and I love working with individuals and families but I am most passionate about helping couples navigate life changes, learn healthy conflict resolution skills and improve communication.

I have experience using CBT, Solution Focused, ACT and Strength Based modalities, but utilize a range of approaches specific to my clients’ needs. I understand change can feel overwhelming and I will allow you to move at a pace you are comfortable with.
